Hi, I’m Jessica! My passion for travel blossomed after earning my bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism. Over the years, I explored various countries in Europe and Asia, creating lasting memories and unforgettable experiences as I discovered new places and cultures. This journey allowed me to see the world from a fresh perspective.

During this time, my highlights include are:

• Osaka is the food capital of Japan. It is renowned for its vibrant street food scene, exciting nightlife, culture, and many places for sightseeing such as the Osaka Castle, Cup Noodles Museum, Tempozan harbour village or Shitennoji Temple.
• Tenerife is one of my favourite Canary Islands. With a vision of eerie volcanic peaks, misty laurel forests and Atlantic-whipped shoreline. It is a great place to relax or looking for adventurous.
• Phuket – it has everything. From amazing and relaxing beaches, culture adventure activities island hoping opportunities, incredible landscapes and warm weather all year around.
• Milan is the ideal destination if you're looking to shop. It's renowned for its fashion and is the home of Italy's most famous fashion brands. It is also the most industrial city in Italy, boasting remarkable architecture, historic art, and cultural scene.

In 2023, I entered the travel industry to share my experience and help others create unforgettable memories. I love using my own experiences to craft unique trips for others. I believe that everyone’s travel dreams should be unique and come true.

Q. Why did you start working in travel / what brought you to the industry?
A. After completing my hospitality and tourism degree, I realised I wanted to work in the travel industry. My passion for travel inspired me to help others plan their perfect holiday so they can share their adventures and experiences.

Q. What’s your favourite aspect of your job?
A. I love crafting personalised itineraries that help others enjoy their adventures. There's something gratifying about turning people's holiday dreams into reality and discussing their past travel experiences that left a lasting impression. What truly brings me joy in my work is assisting others in planning their trip and sharing their excitement for the upcoming trip they have ahead.

Q. What quality (or qualities) are most valuable in a travel agent?
A. An agent who actively listens to clients' preferences can tailor the perfect trip while paying attention to the little details. Their ability to share personal experiences and recommendations is invaluable in crafting a truly unique and personalised holiday experience.

Q. Best piece of advice / top travel tip?
A. Don’t over-plan. Be flexible, as sometimes things must not turn out as they are. It is better to enjoy the moment.

A. Barry Island offers many attractions, but I always love the beach, which reminds me of the beauty of Sidmouth, where I used to live.
